Our Story
For five decades, our family has been sourcing single-origin beans from small farms across Ethiopia, Guatemala, and the highlands of Colombia. Every batch is hand-sorted and stone-roasted in small ceramic drums — the slow way our grandmother learned in 1962.

Sourcing
Our current harvest includes a Yirgacheffe from the Gedeo Zone, a washed Huehuetenango, and a small lot of honey-processed Narino. Cupping notes are available on request.
